Agnieszka Zwierzyńska is a Senior Associate and a member of the IP Practice Group at Łaszczuk & Partners. She specialises in IP and unfair competition law, new technologies and e-commerce law. She also has broad experience in data protection (GDPR), civil law and dispute resolution. She represents large corporations in technology disputes related to intellectual and industrial property (especially patents and trademarks).

Agnieszka graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She was awarded the Stefan Batory Foundation scholarship. She also studied at the Law Faculty of the University of Paris VIII under the Erasmus-Socrates programme and at the Centre for French Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She was admitted to the practice of law as an advocate in 2010.
