Clara-Ann Gordon is specialised in the areas of TMT/Outsourcing, data privacy, internal investigations/e-discovery, compliance and represents clients in these areas in court proceedings (including mediation/arbitration) and in transactions.

Clara-Ann regularly publishes in the field of technology (ICT) and frequently speaks at national and international conferences on emerging legal issues in technology law. Accordingly, she is a member of several ICT focussed professional associations, such as ASUT, DGRI, IAPP, IBA (Technology Law Committee) and ITechLaw. She is past Chair of the IBA Technology Law Committee, currently a member of the LPD Council of the IBA; Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution Committee of ITechLaw, a member of the INTA Enforcement Committee, an IT mediator/arbitrator and board member with SGOA and member of the legal chapter of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce.

She was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1997 (Canton of Berne) and holds an LLM in intellectual property (University of London, Queen Mary & Westfield College, 1998). She joined Niederer Kraft Frey as partner in 2016.
