A qualified lawyer specialising in cyber security, risk and digital security, Victor has led numerous national and international data protection adaptation, review and audit projects. He has provided ongoing advice to privacy offices, assuming the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) in multinational companies in various sectors, including banking, energy, telecommunications and retail.

His experience includes conducting risk analyses and privacy impact assessments (PIAs) for national and international companies, as well as drafting and negotiating data protection contracts. In addition, he has worked on the adequacy of international data transfers and the drafting and implementation of BCRs.

In the area of IP/IT and new technologies, he is an expert in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts related to intellectual and industrial property, including software development and maintenance, SaaS, assignments of intellectual property rights, copyright and image rights and terms and conditions of mobile applications. In addition, he has experience in advising on audiovisual production contracts. His experience includes advising on and implementing sector-specific regulations such as EIOPA and EBA guidelines and recommendations, DORA, AI Act and Data Act.

In addition, he has given training courses on data protection and intellectual property at different universities, including the University of Navarra, San Pablo CEU, IE University and ICADE, as well as for companies in the following sectors: banking, hotel and catering, optics and the automotive industry.
