Ady is a European intellectual property, marketing, IT and privacy lawyer, with a particular focus on digital media, social media, e-commerce and new technologies. Ady litigates and advises on the classical soft IP issues, but also on issues with respect to marketing, advertising, internet and privacy.

Ady is a member of the editing team at the Dutch advertising blog reclameboek.nl. Formerly she was on the Social Media Marketing Code study committee, where she advised clients on the special new Social Media Marketing advertising code on behalf of the Advertising Law Association.”
